Evaluation.

What roles did you take on for this assignment?
In this assignment, I took up the role of contributing to group discussions and listening to my group members' ideas. I also took up the role of answering the question I was assigned (Why do we need the Excretory System), making slides for the powerpoint, contributing to the handout by creating a quiz and also by updating my blog.

What did you like about working as a group?
I liked working as a group because we get to communicate our ideas with one another, and by joining our ideas together, we can create something interesting.

What was difficult about working as a group?
The difficult thing about working as a group is that sometimes, people have their own opinons on something, and therefore, sometimes we can't come to an agreement on something. Also, sometimes it was difficult to communicate to each other and to keep track of what each person has done.

What did you learn about working within a group?
From working within a group, I learnt communication skills and how to work together so that we are all working at the same pace.

Identify your strengths and weaknesses as a group member?
My strengths as a group member were that I am a good listener, I did as I was assigned and I also contributed to discussions.
My weakness as a group member though, is that I didn't manage my time and kept up with the rest of my group and therefore, my work was done a bit late.

Outline suggestions to improve the effectiveness of your group?
Some suggestions to improve the effectiveness of my group is that we should have communicated more and spent more time working on the assignment together.
